This was the easiest process I have had buy a vehicle. Tristen and his team were very helpful making this process fast and easy. They did alot of the back end work to make the process easier that sitting Tristen and his team were very helpful making this process fast and easy. Love Ford. This dealership is only about numbers and pushing you in and out without any communication. They could care less the quality of service and the lev This dealership is only about numbers and pushing you in and out without any communication. They could care less the quality of service and the level of disregard reaches new levels of any company I have ever dealt with, avoid at all cost. Endless calls being put on hold for 15-30 minutes only to have to hang up. Zero willingness to correct their mistakes. A very poorly managed service department that really doesn't care about customer service, or the simplest of task and doing things right. RUN.............. More
