Love Ford. This dealership is only about numbers and pushing you in and out without any communication. They could care less the quality of service and the lev This dealership is only about numbers and pushing you in and out without any communication. They could care less the quality of service and the level of disregard reaches new levels of any company I have ever dealt with, avoid at all cost. Endless calls being put on hold for 15-30 minutes only to have to hang up. Zero willingness to correct their mistakes. A very poorly managed service department that really doesn't care about customer service, or the simplest of task and doing things right. RUN.............. More

Bad service. Left the drain plug loose leaked oil on driveway. Had to take it back. This dealership frequently struggles to complete service on time. This week I brought my vehicle in for an appointment to look at the auto restart that was malfunctioning and put some tires on that were on time. This week I brought my vehicle in for an appointment to look at the auto restart that was malfunctioning and put some tires on that were pre-ordered. After the first day nothing was done. Not even the tires. On the follow-up appointment all the work was done. However, at the end of the day I could not get my vehicle because your system would not accept my credit card payment. Sydney took my payment over the phone several times. Each time the system told her the address was incorrect. I followed up with Chase Bank. They said that Chase approved every payment that was submitted. Your system within a few seconds of each payment reversed the transaction. The end result is that I was not able to get my vehicle when I had asked for it at the beginning of the day. We had plans that evening that we had to adjust because of this inconvenience. You guys really need to figure this out. More

She kept me well informed on the issues and progress. Nick thought ahead to help facilitate solving a challenging and unusual issue. His brainstorming on the first day helped get my car repaired and ready to go smoothly. Many thanks to these two professionals for the excellent customer service! More
