Sanchelg, we apologize again for the miscommunication regarding pricing on the MDX lease. As explained, your inquiry originated on a particular vehicle and as soon as we realized you were interested in a different trim level, we were upfront with you regarding the price discrepancy before you test drove the Type S Advance model. We made a clerical error that we admitted to. We encourage you to read through the our reviews and see that we carry higher averages across all channels than most of the industry. This would not be possible if we intentionally treated customers the way you describe. We are not perfect and this clerical error was an accident, plain and simple. Your Dealership is full of excuses and every single complaint is a fake apology from you guys yet you continue to get very negative responses and I hope people don’t shop here specially when you have a GM blaming the older gentleman MGR for the mistake because “he is very old” “ has made these mistakes many times” and “maybe Senile” PEOPLE NEED TO SEE YOUR HATRED AND DISCRIMINATION OF THE ELDERLY and that should be a deterrent to keep them away
