I got really frustrated with the whole car buying experience and started searching online for the best dealerships in the metroplex. I came across a website that rates dealerships on their transparen experience and started searching online for the best dealerships in the metroplex. I came across a website that rates dealerships on their transparency (DealRater) and Goodson was rated at the top of the list. Honestly, I didn’t have high hopes and hate the drive to Dallas, but I was getting worn down, was ready to buy and would prefer giving my business to a dealership that wasn’t using fake prices to lure customers. So, I reached out to Goodson, set up a test drive and everything went quickly and smoothly from there. Specifically, I would like to extend our gratitude to Courtney for making this experience such a positive one. We shopped around at, at least, six dealerships and finally found Courtney at Goodson and the difference in experiences with other salespersons is glaring.
