Called at 9:30 yesterday as the driver window would not stay up and also I wanted a battery test as the car required a jump this winter during cold weather. They said bring it in at 10:30. Tim Temeyer th stay up and also I wanted a battery test as the car required a jump this winter during cold weather. They said bring it in at 10:30. Tim Temeyer the Service Advisor said the problem was likely dirt in the tracks and on the window. He personally went out, cleaned the window and the tracks and fixed the problem in five minutes. He then gave me the option of leaving or waiting for the battery to be tested. I chose the latter and they found the battery was low and they charged it. They also did the 30 point check up found no problems and washed the car. Great and prompt service from Tim Temeyer. Hopefully they can retain and preserve him and his excellent customer service. Very fast service. Not a 5-star rating only because I was told they could not do service on front and rear differential at the express lane.
