Perhaps Saturday is not a great time to have a key made. I just relaxed and didn’t get upset, but I know you lost some prospective customers due to the long weight they had. Of course, I have no idea if there was an issue with parts and machinery, or not enough People on the job or no shows I saw only one car in the non-appointment line and I was at your site two hours early. Could it be too many customers signed up for appointments. I’m sure you can speculate the reasons more thoroughly than I-can. All in all, an excellent experience. More
