Getting new tires has never been easier. Not only did Goldstein provide me with a courtesy car, which was great because I had my granddaughter with me off from school, they also provided exc Not only did Goldstein provide me with a courtesy car, which was great because I had my granddaughter with me off from school, they also provided excellent assistance from the moment I parked my car in the service garage. I struggled with carrying my granddaughters car seat and my bag while holding her hand, and a nice gentleman came to carry the bulky car seat into the office. From there, I was greeted by Lori who aided in quickly getting me set up with the loaner which only took minutes. From there I was able to enjoy a day of shipping with my grandbaby instead of sitting for hours and waiting. My car was serviced for four new tires which were priced reasonably and comparably since I looked them up on other sites. My tires were actually a bit less then a site a friend recommended! I was also having an alignment done and a issue with no sound on my radio. All of this was rectified at a reasonable cost and I was updated throughout via texts. Returning the car then next day was also a breeze. When I mistakenly left my granddaughters car seat in the back (she wasn’t with me the next day) Lori who had had my own car washed and brought out to the front door, came out carrying it before I could drive off. Having anything done at Goldsteins since I purchased my 2018 Legacy 3.6 has been like the old days of service that I grew up with which seems rare these days but is very much appreciated. They earned my trust the first time I had to bring my car in back in 2019. Prior to that there was always an anxiety with trusting anyone working on any of my cars. That anxiety doesn’t exist anymore as I have full confidence my car not only will be taken car or properly even if it is an oil change (also very reasonably priced plus I get coupons in my email) or something larger like tires and balancing. I am pleased to write this review for a local family business that I hope stays around for generations more. Thank you to all the staff at Goldsteins Subaru for taking proper care of not only my car but me. More
