My overall experience with this dealership was good. My sales person went out of his way to make my experience a good one. He was helpful at every turn. However, it appeared sometimes he was being pulled in several different directions. My overall impression of the sales staff was good. I think my issues are more with the way the dealership as a whole operates. After I agreed to purchase my vehicle I requested some work be done to fix some minor cosmetic issues. While the vehicle was receiving service, I was given a loaner car which had no gas in it. Then when I picked up my vehicle, the cosmetic issue with the bumper was fixed, but the new paint was scratched again in a new area. So it has to go back in again. When I received my new (used) car for the first time, it was also empty, with the gas light on. I don't know, but, it seems logical for the dealer to at least fill up the vehicles after they are sold. I didn't like having to pull out of the dealership and heading straight to the gas station to drop another $70 to fill up my new car. I don't know if this is something that just was a one time occurrence, or if it is the normal procedure. I would recommend the sales staff, but fear the dealer has some habits that are bad and might prevent people coming back. (Although based on others reviews, maybe my experience was a fluke) More
Our recent experience while buying a Corolla was excellent. We were greeting warmly upon entering without the feeling of someone rushing to sell us something. Eric responded to our initial inquries and quickly showed us what we probably would like and need. He provided answers in easily understood "laymen" terms. Never felt under pressure to make a decision. Arriving an acceptable prices was also easy, non-confrontational and with respect. Once we decided on the car and price, Allen provided an indepth hands-on overview of the car features, allowing us to feel very comfortable with those features. The whole process took two days; a late Friday visit to get ideas and about a four hour visit on Saturday to complete all the details. Having the dealer call my insurance company for a proof of insurance on a Saturday and registering the car was also a big plus. We are taking the car back today for the free detailing that was offered upon purchase. Eric and Allen are experienced, knowledge and friendly sales reps. More

My car was in for a 30,000 mile service and check. Service was speedy and waiting area was clean and comfortable. Manager was very helpful in quickly resolving an issue with service coupon. The salesman (Andrew) was very personable, as was the finance person (I don't rembember his name) I had a very good experience, and I am very happy with the Camry I purchased. I called the dealer and she said it safe to drive to them. mechanic looked at it and decided to keep it for a day until the parts were ordered and it was not safe to drive any more. they lend me a car until my car was repaired. More

Anytime I visit Girard Service Dept I have been happy with the promptness and courtesy of the staff. They always explain what is being done and I always feel valued as a customer. Never have I been "talked down" to or felt pressured to do a service that I did not want or understand. I love the new waiting room, especially the addition of the playroom for the kids, as I often have my grandchild with me when servicing the car. Thanks! You are all doing a wonderful job! More
Making the appointment for service was easy and quick. The service rep was friendly and explained everything the car needed and he accepted a coupon I had received in the mail from another Toyota dealer i The service rep was friendly and explained everything the car needed and he accepted a coupon I had received in the mail from another Toyota dealer in the area. I waited in the service area which was very clean and comfortable and the timing was great. There was even a playroom for young children. I didn't need it but was very impressed that you take into account all the needs of your customers. Overall I always have a great experience at your service department. More
