I've had my vehicle serviced exclusively by your dealership, except for new tires and brakes. The last time I was there, the tech tried to tell me that my water pump was leaking, and had to be repla dealership, except for new tires and brakes. The last time I was there, the tech tried to tell me that my water pump was leaking, and had to be replaced immediately. I declined, due to being very busy that day. Yesterday, my vehicle was inspected, and the water pump was okay...go figure! next, the rep informs me that the new tires I bought 18,000 miles ago, which were supposed to be rotated by your dealership three times since then, were wearing out on the front of my vehicle. When i questioned this, saying the tires were fairly new, I was told that it's probably because I haven's had them rotated! Lastly, when I got into my vehicle after having it serviced, there was a strange noise coming out of my engine compartment. At first i dismissed it as my imagination. This morning, I heard it again, and when I opened my hood, I found an empty oil container, quart-sized that had ben left in my engine compartment, and was rubbing against one of my belts! I am bringing it in to the dealership on my next day off, which will be Wednesday. More

Car was detailed after work was complete. Work was completed on time with no issues. Staff was very friendly. I did not care for the 10 page report on every little detail of every problem. It was the least painful car shopping experience I have ever had. The Prius was a low mile trade-in during a time when it was difficult to get new hybrids from Japan. Service department is very well trained concerning the needs of my Tacoma and I have never had to bring my truck back for rework. Therefore Toyota service technicians know how to service my vehicle no mat needs of my Tacoma and I have never had to bring my truck back for rework. Therefore Toyota service technicians know how to service my vehicle no matter what my needs are and tell me about future repairs needed to keep my machine running smoothly especially with the high miles I have obtained on my truck.
