I have just turned in the 2009 Corolla which I was leasing for a 2011 Corolla which I will be leasing. Kerry Greaves worked with me this time and in 2009. Once again, he was friendly, extremely helpful and efficient. I was interested in leasing a blue Corolla and as Girard didn't have any available they called and got one. Kerry had thought the new lease would cost $15 more a month but when my husband and I sat down with John Lamoureux in the finance department it turned out to be $20 more a month but I do understand that there are upgrades on the car. I'm pleasd with it! Hope to work with Kerry and John again in three years when the lease expires. More

They lost my keys which had my house key attached and didn't understand why I was so upset. I felt the situation was handled poorly. Also I replaced the drive belt at 54,000 miles and again this time didn't understand why I was so upset. I felt the situation was handled poorly. Also I replaced the drive belt at 54,000 miles and again this time at 83,000 miles. I was told the drive belt tensioner was not operating which is what caused the belt to wear out again. I'm thinking that it wasn't operating properly when the first belt was replaced and maybe overlooked. I was told that because the first one was done in October of 2009 there was no warranty. Paying for a second belt 30,000 miles later just doesn't seem right. Having the first one wear at 54,000 miles doesn't seem right either. This is my third Corolla, my other two had close to 200,000 miles and I think I replaced the drive belt maybe once. More

We have been Toyota owners for the past ten years and being a military family, we have been to many different dealerships for service. We brought our car in for an oil change/ tire rotation and we were being a military family, we have been to many different dealerships for service. We brought our car in for an oil change/ tire rotation and we were called with recommendations for additional services on the car, one fluid flush suggested we just had done on the car at a Toyota dealership a month before, so I'll be taking the car for a second opinion somewhere else. When we picked up the van, we received a phone call about 30 mins later, they had misplaced someone's keys and wanted to know if we had them. Then the next morning I received a phone call from the dealership asking when I was going to pick up my car which we had picked up the day before. I have always taken our cars to the dealership for service but I won't be coming back to this one. It was very dis-organized and unprofessional. More
I thought all the people I came in contact with at the service deptmartment were all very friendly. That is one thing I look for when I need some type of service. Very nice dealership, great people, nice facility, loved the free wifi and playroom for my kid, good recommended services (but they don't xxxxxxxx you and tell you you gotta get this done now or your car wi the free wifi and playroom for my kid, good recommended services (but they don't xxxxxxxx you and tell you you gotta get this done now or your car will blow up on the way home.) I was able to get an appointment really fast and was out within the hour. Oh, it didn't hurt that you have twin hotties as customer service agents. More
I found a vehicle through the Girard Toyota website and dropped by to test drive it. Everything looked good except for the fact that one of the brakes screeched slightly, the check engine light was on (due dropped by to test drive it. Everything looked good except for the fact that one of the brakes screeched slightly, the check engine light was on (due to a bad O2 sensor), the alignment was off, and the tank was empty enough for the low gas light to be on. After agreeing that they should fix the issues and being unable to find any better deals, I decided to purchase the car. No one would discuss the price until I was in the finance office, which was fine as it was certified pre-owned, many things were new/fixed, and it was already priced modestly. Just the normal hassles, I presume. They did buy my old vehicle from me and were nice and helpful overall. After driving the vehicle for a couple of days, the check engine light turned back on and the brakes were still screeching. I promptly brought the car back for service, and within a few hours the O2 sensor was replaced (again?) and rotors trimmed. All done hassle and charge free. Now I am the happy customer of Girard Toyota and proud owner of a new used car! :) More

Upon purchase of the vehicle, it was promptly cleaned and prepared with a short wait time, then brought to us free of charge. The salesperson was as friendly as he was helpful. He was understanding in what we were looking for in a vehicle in terms of both size and color. The salesperson went up and beyond, it was truly a great experience. I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealership to others. I know that I will be back to purchase another new vehicle in the near future. More
