ALL DEALERS ARE NOT THE SAME AS I WITNESSED IN MY DEALINGS WITH TRYING TO PURCHAS THAT I KNOW, REGARDLESS OF THE DISTANCE FROM WHERE I LIVE TO THEM. NOTE THAT I SAY TRYING BECAUSE THE TWO DEALERS I VISITED IN NEW YORK MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. BUT KERRY GREAVES WAS LIKE A KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR AND CAME TO MY RESCUE WITH ABSOLUTE VIRTUE AND AND HE STOOD BEHIND EVERY SINGLE WORD HE SAID. NOT ONLY DID THEY GIVE ME A FAIR AND PROPER AMOUNT FOR MY TRADE IN , THEY FOUND A CAR FOR ME IN 3 DAYS AND JUMPED THROUGH HOOPS TO GET IT FOR ME. THE OTHER DEALER , STAR TOYOTA DID NOT EVEN CALL ME BACK WHEN I DIDNT IMMEDIATELY ACCEPT THE ONE MODEL THEY HAD IN STOCK. KERRY FOUND A SUITABLE MODEL AND COLOR FOR ME AND STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME EVERY DAY TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WAS DOING EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THANK YOU KERRY More

I have bought many cars in my lifetime, but I have never had such a pleasant experience as I had at Girard Toyota in New London, CT. I would've given 5s for all except I had to wait over 20 min for a loaner car to the point I left and they brought the car to me. The service job was expensive and lengthy. Dealer offered to provide a rental car while my car was being serviced free of charge. This helped me decide to have my car serviced there. I've contacted the dealer about this and its been a week with no change. More
