Overall experience was very good. Our sales person, Keary Greaves was awesome. We realy liked his no pressure approach. Visited the dealership on a Saturday to look at a Ultimate Driving Machine that was listed online. However, it was not available. Gave the salesman my name and contact info and was called at home tha Ultimate Driving Machine that was listed online. However, it was not available. Gave the salesman my name and contact info and was called at home that following monday, and told the UDM I wanted was at the dealership and now available. Settled on a price, obtained the financing, fixed the issues with the UDM that I was concerned with, and closed the deal on Tuesday. What impressed me the most about dealing with Luckson was the fact that he called me back at the times when he said he was going to, so I didn't have to be a slave to the telephone. Overall I am very happy with my decision to deal with Girard Toyota and will recommend them to all my friends. More
