Did some maintenance work I did not buy an RV from this dealership. They are part of a warranty network that is in with the dealership I did buy my RV from. Long story short. I I did not buy an RV from this dealership. They are part of a warranty network that is in with the dealership I did buy my RV from. Long story short. I bought my RV and immediately went on a road trip. As with all RV's (mine is actually a 5th wheel) things get loose, somewhat broken, and just plain jarred as you travel a long ways (1500 miles in 7 days). I had a few minor problems and one major one. So I called the warranty department at my dealership. They worked with me to set a time to drop off my rig for as short as time as possible on part of our trip. They gave me a scheduled time to be at Grand Recreation World (GRW) it was 10 am on Wednesday. I pulled in promptly at 10 and headed to Service. I spoke to Kevin Mills who was very helpful. He immediately went to my rig and reviewed my problems. In a very nice manner he told me "before he worked on it" that some of the items might not be covered by warranty because they should have been figured out at my walkthrough (for instance my stereo was miss wired so the 3 speaker system was only set to a 2 speaker system. Things like that, he said might come out of my pocket if the manufacturer decided not to fix it. He said that my dealership should fix those, which after I called them they said they would when I get back in town. I was not in any way upset with GRW about this, in fact I agreed with them and was glad they told me "before" they worked on it. So the major problem was my Fridge was on the blink, Hot then cold then intermittant. He said he would send a tech out to look at it, that the Fridge was covered. Now I met Andy Voitlein the service tech. What a knowledgeable person. He got his tools and checked the Fridge. Come to find out there was a loose wire that was the problem so he fixed it and all was fine. He spent about 15 minutes with me and then another 15 going over my wiring and some electronic questions I had. All including the repair, free of charge. I was in and out in less than an hour and back on the road. I expected to be there for the most part of a day. Andy even suggested a few items the buy that would help me in RVing in the future. Most were not items the GRW store sold, so I know he just wasn't trying to drum up business. I really appreciate GRW, their staff and the honesty they displayed. While I'm in Florida I will turn to them for any problems in the future. More

Skylight cover Had the skylight cover on my rv replaced. It was an insurance claim. Had to make 2 trips. First time wrong part was sent. Total time involved because of insurance company dragging their feet was about 30 days. Dealer did a fantastic job as usual. Got me right in once they got the part. More
Rude staff Came by for the second time to discuss financing on the RV we liked. Too bad, this was my favorite but I won't buy from this dealership. Feel bad for my sales representative (Miguel) who was being helpful but felt helpless due to his co-workers behavior. To top it off, I chose to express my dissapointed with the "manager", only to have him tell me that my spouse had no business going up the stairs. All we wanted was to see the roof of the RV, wow! It could have all been avoided with some people skills. The way to treat a person matters! I suggest a couple of signs on each side of the stairs, there are none even though the manager insisted they were. Another suggestion would be to cordially ask if you may be helped and once you understand the customer intentions, then you may proceed. Customer service 101. More

Our salesman, Miguel was very knowledgeable about the RV - he got a little aggravated with us about the haggling but did work to get us a good price! :) Phil, the manager, was great to work with, and of course, was the decision maker on the deal as well as on our trade-in. And, Kyle, the financial officer, was absolutely awesome to work with! The lifetime warranty also sold us on the dealer. Would go back to them again! More

We drove down and found that the staff at Giant RV was willing to go above and beyond to help us out: switched out mattress, repaired our electrical connections truck to camper, and were fair when it came to negotiating price. Miguel was very accommodating, Phil very flexible, and Doug R. extremely knowledgeable. More

We are retiring and our dream was to become "Full-Time" in a motorhome. How fortunate to not only become educated by our Salesman John but his non-pushy approach and willing to answer any and all questions we had with his professional manner. We were able to purchase the Motorhome of our dreams and look forward hitting the road !! Thanks to all the great associates for a job well done. More
