Great trade deal but wouldn't advise getting work there We received an excellent trade when we bought our RV. We were told by our salesman we didn't need to worry about a quote we had received elsewhere of $250. He said it would be about $75 to $80. Upon going to pay our Bill, we were shocked to receive a bill of $449. They did lower this by giving us an additional $200 on the $50 coupon they give when you buy an RV. We also were presented with a $500 Bill for putting on a new receiver and sway bar which we feel was over priced. Also, beware of their warranty for parts and labor free for life. When we questioned this while signing our papers we found out this would really cost us $450 A year for an inspection. Not exactly free. More

After our first summer on the road[12,000 miles and four months] we realized that there were some changes to the trailer size and style that we wanted to make. most dealers pretend to care until the unit is off the lot and out of sight. We had a long time between purchase and delivery and again when we returned to Fl. in late Aug. withIrma looming. 3 people at G.R.W. Ormond are the reason we went back. !. Doug Rodgers Delivery 2.Brad and Matt in service 3. Kyle Scudder in sales. These people not only did their jobs but have been so gracious in treating us with patience and respect. Upgraded to a toy hauler We bought our first travel trailer in January 2017. Doug even got me in touch with Andy right after hurricane Irma so Andy could check on my car which I left behind when I evacuated. Annual Maintenance of RV I purchased my RV a year ago from this site and they have always been a phone call away as to answering any of my questions as a first time RV owner. I purchased my RV a year ago from this site and they have always been a phone call away as to answering any of my questions as a first time RV owner. But I was again impressed with my service with them at my first annual maintenance visit. Because my RV was a slightly used vehicle, I decided to purchase the extended warranty. For the fist time, I can say what a relief that did, because I it turned out to save me close to $2,000. Kevin, the service manager was super nice in explaining that I needed, which was a new toilet and AC and that these items were covered under my warranty. Not only was he thorough in explaining what was going to be completed with the maintenance visit, but he assured me that I would have the RV back in a day - and I did! Quick, efficient, great prices, no hassle and friendly ... you don't see that type of customer service anymore and that is why I have recommended Giant Recreation World of Ormond Beach time and time again. Great team there of Chris, Kyle, Phil and now we can add Kevin to my positive experience with this organization. More
