After we moved permanently to Daytona Beach in 2015 we were needing a few repairs and warranty work on our 2 units and a neighbor that bought his new Cedar Creek 5th wheel at Giant RV highly referred us to Kevin in service at Giant RV. Since then we have used Giant RV for our RV repair numerous times. Each experience from our 1rst visit on reinforces our belief that Giant RV has the best Service Dept. you can find. We have lived and owned numerous RV's in 9 different states and never found a Dealership that comes close to the professionalism and excellent service and repair work that we receive each visit at Giant RV. From the warm front desk greeting to the sales, parts and service, everyone we have spoken to or dealt with leaves you with a feeling of being a valued customer. My purchase of a 2017 Pursuit MH was turning into a nightmare due to Forest Rivers dragging it's feet to resolve many issues. They took forever to approve items for replacement or repair. The dealer stepped up and pushed through to get all things taken care of. Albeit it took seven months to finally be made whole. Phil, Tim, Brad, Kevin, Dan and all the rest fought a great battle for me. This was my third purchase from this dealership. I never hesitate to recommend it to anyone who asks. Forest River on the other hand is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Thank goodness this dealership takes care of it's customers! More

He answered any and all of my questions. I decided on my choice of motor home pretty quickly. Joe sat down with me and once again made my decision pretty easy. Once a decision was made as to which motor home I had chosen, it was time to get it ready to drive away. My next encounter would be with Doug Rogers. Doug is a very thorough person to walk you through the many facets of the motor home I had chosen. He was excellent. Doug answered every question I asked without any stumbling. He did not rush me, nor did he make me feel like a “first time motor home buyer”. Thanks to everyone who made this experience pleasant. More
