I needed my 35,000 mile service done on my SUV. I was able to get it scheduled with a loaner car within a week. I needed some tutoring on how to reset the low tire pressure indicator. Brian showed I was able to get it scheduled with a loaner car within a week. I needed some tutoring on how to reset the low tire pressure indicator. Brian showed me how to do this as I was checked in. I got a call about needing new tires. Brian gave me several options from which to chose. The realignment and new tires were installed that day. I received a video and explanation of what was done by the mechanic servicing my SUV. I was able to pick it up around 5 pm in the evening. A plus after doing errands and an appointment. Very satisfied. Thanks!! More

I had been working with Erin for several months, but she could not be there the day we were ready to buy the car. She was patient and shared info with me regularly to keep me engaged. CJ stepped in and did an excellent job! He was knowledgeable and patient. I thought I knew what I wanted walking in the door, but ended up with exactly the right vehicle for me! We had a hiccup with the Costco discount, but that was not CJ or Germain's fault. All in all, we had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Germain, Erin & CJ. More
