Charging $215 to diagnose a problem is outrageous, but what is really appalling is charging $19 for a tire rotation on top of the $1000 service. The car is already on your rack. A tire rotation takes a minute per wheel and you literally have zero cost. When there is a choice between delighting a customer or "nickel and dime'ing" them this business chooses the latter. Shortsighted and bad for business. Why should I ever come back? Why should buy my next car from them? More
