I needed my 35,000 mile service done on my SUV. I was able to get it scheduled with a loaner car within a week. I needed some tutoring on how to reset the low tire pressure indicator. Brian showed I was able to get it scheduled with a loaner car within a week. I needed some tutoring on how to reset the low tire pressure indicator. Brian showed me how to do this as I was checked in. I got a call about needing new tires. Brian gave me several options from which to chose. The realignment and new tires were installed that day. I received a video and explanation of what was done by the mechanic servicing my SUV. I was able to pick it up around 5 pm in the evening. A plus after doing errands and an appointment. Over a thousand in total. This outrageous overcharging sends a clear message that this dealership is in it for the short term and not looking for repeat car buying customers.
