I had been looking for a SUV for my wife. she had a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with way too many miles. I had been searching most the summer to put her into something nice, new, low miles and descent gas mile Jeep Grand Cherokee with way too many miles. I had mostly been searching online, when my wife expressed on her fondness for the looks of the Lexus. I realized the expense of one but also realized that my wife would never consider purchasing one. But, She is well worth it. I submitted online to several dealerships and on Sunday evening received phone from Lexus of Easton. A very polite man by the name of Aso Danso. Aso talked about my preference of vehicles and assured me they had a variety of vehicles that would meet my needs. we set a time for a visit.... My wife was still unsure of the price of a Lexus being more than what she wanted to spend on a vehicle, so the first visit I decided to make on my own. My description of Germain Lexus dealership upon arriving i can only describe as 5 star! A used car lot that resembles your top of the line auto dealers. I was met outside beside the suv's one of the sales reps (Erika)who helped me with the suv's was very polite and knowledgeable. She stayed and helped me out until Aso arrived.Aso was kind positive and never once pushy (All great qualities in a person). My first test drive of the RX 350 was great, But Then Aso brought me to the RX 400 H, Immediately I loved this car. Aso Took his time explaining all the features and was very patient with me, even when I was confused with some of the details the the Hybrid (what is up with no engine noise at start up). Since this Vehicle is for my wife, Aso and I setup a date for us to get together the following Saturday afternoon. I informed Aso that my wife would be a hard sell, and if he wanted to make to make this deal happen, he would have to bring his "A" game. That evening I filled my wife in on everything that I saw at Germain Lexus. I enjoyed everything, right down to the restrooms. I told her of Aso, letting her know that I NEVER felt like i was a number, they treated me like we have know each other for some time I was very comfortable with them. Upon arrival Saturday, I let my wife know that there isn't a final sale unless she is completely happy... It took awhile before met up with Aso, not because he was hiding from us or ignoring us. he was with other customers, and literally running around the place helping his other customers (I can appreciate that in a person). He shown my wife both the RX 350 and the 400 Hybrid, Test driving both. Once again, Aso was very patient with all my wife's questions, Which took approximately three hours. Aso handled everything with patience and charm. Now our decision came down to the two cars (the RX's). Aso crunched the numbers on both cars and when it came down to it, the Hybrid was the better deal... with Lexus we received a far better deal on a loan than we did with our own bank. Unfortunately, we could not finalize everything that day (A previous engagement had us leaving before we could finish all the paperwork). We came back the following week to finalize everything... Aso programed the cars handsfree Bluetooth and explained how the system operated for my wife... When we were all finished for the evening, I personally felt that my wife and I had made a great investment on a used vehicle. Fit and finish this in excellent Condition. Just love it... We haven't totally tested everything yet, but we are looking forward to finding out the MPG. As for the downside. It is a bit pricey but I believe you get the options for the price. The real big thing is Aso needs to be a triplet!!! that way EVERYONE can enjoy a great LEXUS experience!!! Josh was very nice and accomodating but I have a real problem with the cost of a new alternator. I checked with a Buick dealer I know to inquire what the cost of a new alternator would be on their most problem with the cost of a new alternator. I checked with a Buick dealer I know to inquire what the cost of a new alternator would be on their most expensive sedan. An alternator on an Enclave would be between $250 to $300. A Lexus ES 330 is nice but I was charged over $600 for the same part. Is the loaner car that expensive to make up the difference? More

After doing alot of research into what vehicle I wanted to purchase, I started to search for 470's on autotrader that were certified pre owned. I had considered purchasing an escalade before my 470, and the cadillac dealer wouldnt even return my phone calls. I am fairly confident this was due to the fact that I told them I was a truck driver, so they automatically assumed I didnt have the money and wasnt serious which really bothered me. From the first online conversation I had with germain lexus of easton, they were curtious and tried everything they could to help me and answer all of my quistions. I was soon contacted by Mr. Aso Danso who asked me what I was looking for and how he could help me. I told him I was a truck driver and I wouldnt be home for a few more weeks. He said that he would call me the day before I got home to go over their inventory and set up an appointment for me to come up and have a look at what they had to offer. I was half expecting them to blow me off like the cadillac dealer did, but he actually called. Aso was great to work with and very pleasant to be around. He was very knowlegable about the vehicles I looked at and was happy to answer my quistions. After my experience with Mr. Danso and germain lexus of easton, I would say that I will most likely be a customer that will return again and again. More

This was such a wonderful experience from the on-line assistance through the in person interaction, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and not overbearing. My review is a little slanted in that I drove 100 miles to purchase this vehicle, but if it hadn't been right I would still have gone home without it. This was my fifth auto purchased from a dealer, and I felt comfortable and secure , and even happy just to have visited the dealership. My salesperson, Erica, made me feel right at home from the start. Her ebullient personality drew me in from the start and I soon felt like I had know her for years. On the drive home I realized that something seemed odd. After examination I concluded that I was not experiencing a release of tension. There had been none. We went to Lexus of Easton to buy our first Lexus SUV. We had been looking at RX 350's for 3 or 4 months and decided the time was right to buy. We stopped at Lexus of Easton to check out a car that was listed on their website. Erika met us outside and said that the original car had been sold but would we like to look at another one. She walked us through the entire car and what everything did and how to operate it. We decided to wait on that car and kept looking. Erika continuously stayed in contact with us the entire time. She let us know that they had a car coming in that was the exact car we wanted. After looking at 3 other vehicles at other dealerships (with far inferior customer service), we decided to put a down payment on the car that was coming in. We were so impressed with Erika and trusted her so much that we bought the car without having seen it. She has continued to stay in touch and make sure we are completely happy. The only negative is that she would not budge on the price at all, which was at the top of our price range. Other than that, she was fantastic!! More
