This is the second car I have purchased from Lexus of Easton. Obviously I am a satisfied customer!!! Just a few comments about my dealer Preston. I am a flight attendant and I was leaving on a trip to China. I didn't have a lot of time at the dealership before my trip and I was very interested in the car. He worked the magic and when I came back to town 4 days later the car was mine! I appreciate the effort that he put out to make sure that I received the best care and that I was satisfied with the way the sale was handled. I had searched for a preowned lexus RX for a long time. I had one in the past and loved it. I looked at almost every pre-owned RX in the area. Finally Easton got one in and I had stayed in contact with Aso s had one in the past and loved it. I looked at almost every pre-owned RX in the area. Finally Easton got one in and I had stayed in contact with Aso so I told him I would be in right away. He spent a ton of time with my husband and I. Answered all of questions, was open and honest with us, very down to earth and friendly. He is a confident sales man without being cheesy or overbearing. Both my husband and I are in sales so we had to play hardball with him but he did a great job with us and in the end I felt confident and very happy with our purchase and the price of a 2007 lexus RX400h hybrid. I went in knowing nothing about hybrids and Mr. Danso helped me make the decision to buy this car without pressure. He is very knowledgable. And the "service after the sale" was more than any customer would have a right to expect. On instance: I couldn't get the garage door opener to work. I followed the directions in the manual to synch my hand held one with the new car's. Janet talked me through it several times with no success. Finally on a Thursday afternoon she insisted that she would come to my house and we could work together. She had to work on Friday and Saturday, but would come on Sunday, her day off. More

I strolled into the pre-owned department with my mom on a rainy saturday morning in hopes of finding a used Lexus IS 250. I had my guard up because this was my first experience buying a used vehicle, nonethe rainy saturday morning in hopes of finding a used Lexus IS 250. I had my guard up because this was my first experience buying a used vehicle, nonetheless a Lexus, and was cautious that a salesman would try to talk me into something I didn't want or need. Preston spotted my mom and I and right off the bat put me at ease! He was extremely helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way explain details to me about any questions or concerns I had, and was just a genuine person! We spent about 4 hours at the dealership, and I think my mom enjoyed the day just as much as me because she got to shoot the bull with Preston while he was getting me set up with purchasing my dream car. Infact, the car I purchased was just driven onto the lot 1 hour after I got to the dealership that morning. Preston has a customer for life, because when the 2013 IS250 comes out, I'm coming straight back to him, and when I reach the point in my life of needing carseats, I'm coming back to him again for an RX300.
