Preston answered all of the questions about the life span of the warranty, financing, features of the vehicle,the gap insurance service agreement,etc. and was extremely friendly, personable and professional which made the overall experience very enjoyable. He clearly enjoys what he does and his scope of knowledge about the features of the vehicle and Germain Lexus unique standing as a certified Lexus dealership (one of the top four in the country) made his presentation more than just the usual sales pitch from a car salesperson just interested in his/her commission. My brother, who actually purchased the vehicle, thought Preston was the best car salesperson he has come into contact with and said as much. I was already a Lexus of Easton customer and my experience with Preston was further confirmation that the quality of the vehicle(s) and service at Germain Lexus of Easton is second to none. Marcus A. The personal service in the past has always stuck with us and has influenced where we purchase our vehicles. After test driving 4 vehicles my wife settled on a 2013 Lexus RX 350 with very low miles and a 3 year/100000 mile warranty for an amazing price. Preston Hutchins was both helpful and patient with us as we were looking at our options. In the end he and others stayed after hours for us to complete our purchase. Excellence - why I keep coming back! Preston Hutchins served me well again. I went in today to buy an RX350 - what would be our 5th Lexus (3 from Germain). I took a test drive, liked th Preston Hutchins served me well again. I went in today to buy an RX350 - what would be our 5th Lexus (3 from Germain). I took a test drive, liked the car very much, but as we were hashing out a deal, I saw a sharp ES350 on the showroom floor. Since I'm a big guy, I thought the SUV route was the way to go (my wife and I have had an RX300, RX330 and RX350; my wife currently drives a 250 IS convertible). So I sat down in it. And it fit perfectly! Great color. Just the right accessories. Better fuel mileage! So... I bought it instead. My payments were lower than with the RX350. And let's face it - it's a Lexus. It drives like a million bucks! Preston took great care of me from start to finish. But Germain Lexus is more than one guy (who is great) - it's almost like a "culture" where everyone from the detail guy to the finance guys treat you like you are their only priority and ensuring the customer has a comfortable, honest and pleasant buying experience. I live about 90 miles away, but I keep coming back to Germain. It's worth it! (Service is great, too!). More
