Questions were answered, no pressure, friendly and courteous. The customer waiting area is comfortable, and it is stocked with snacks and drinks, making it easy to wait while your car is being services. The service experience starts by pulling your car into an enclosed, comfortable space while being greeted by a friendly face. In my opinion, this dealership could serve as a model for how a dealership should be run. More
i flew in from NJ to buy a used 2012 Audi A8L from Leo, the head of use car sales, after a week of email questions, and after I paid for an operational assessment at Continental Audi just down the road. Leo took the time before I arrived to answer the questions, had the car detailed and prepped before I arrived, was cooperative in allowing me to test the car at Audi (dropped it off, picked it up), and set me up with a test drive with Eddy once I arrived. Eddy was a real help with the paperwork process, and I was on my way in a few hours. The car was immaculate, the Audi tests were clean, and the price was below market for the mileage/condition of the car. what's not to like? Thanks to the Gerald Suburu team for their professional attention in this sale. More

It was a Thursday night, I was the only customer there, my credit had already been checked, and the car was on hold. Why did it take 3 hours to finish the process? Michael the Finance Guy was pleasant enough, but it's a little unprofessional that the first thing shown to me is how I can be gouged by worthless add-ons that would DOUBLE my monthly payment. We ended up happy and satisfied, but there were some unpleasant hurdles that we had to jump through unnecessarily. More
