Leo took the time before I arrived to answer the questions, had the car detailed and prepped before I arrived, was cooperative in allowing me to test the car at Audi (dropped it off, picked it up), and set me up with a test drive with Eddy once I arrived. Eddy was a real help with the paperwork process, and I was on my way in a few hours. The car was immaculate, the Audi tests were clean, and the price was below market for the mileage/condition of the car. what's not to like?
