I received a call from Mr. Gately stating the dealership wanted our car as a trade-in(2009 Kia Rondo) and in return, they could put us in a new comparible car with the same payments. My wife and I visited Michael this Monday (5/9/11). After taking a look at the new car inventory, we decided we liked the Sonata model. We went for a test drive and bombarded Michael with a lot of questions. He didn't flinch, or miss a beat. He was honest and thoughtful in his answers. If he didn't know the answer, he got the answer. Michael was a pleasure to do business with. He was witty, engaging, professional and polite. I'm giving quality of work a 4 because we had to wait a long time for the financial paperwork to be prepared. I'm giving price a 4 because I'm now paying $100 more on my car note for our new car - the Sonata. I get nervous seeing more $$ fly out my door in today's economy. Sandy new her cars and I learned about them from her in more detail that I could get at the show. Sandy informed me of the special offers available to me while putting no extra pressure on to complete a sale. This really helped me decide on the vehicle that would be best for me. She showed me on-lot models and went with me on a test drive and then stayed late to make sure I could find the right model online. There was no pressure to buy from existing inventory and she found me what I wanted in their delivery pipeline. No pressure to finance through Gerald and no pressure for extras such as seal coating. Altogether a good experience. Was the price great? I was given a discount that was within what I had calculated offline to be an acceptable range. So to me it was great. To others? I don't know. More
Sandy was very helpful and very friendly when I was searching for my first new car. I had contacted her on the internet and heard back immediately. When I actually went into the dealership she spent a couple hours educating me on my options and running outside in the bitter cold getting keys and cars for me to test drive. I never felt pressured into anything and in the end with her help I am sure I made the right decision. I can now understand her passion for Subaru cars! More
