I purchased a new Subaru Forester1/2/12. I started my car search in October 2011. I believe I test drove every medium size SUV on the market. I even test drove a Forester at another dealer. He answered all my questions, gave his opinion when I asked for it, and did not promise anything he knew could not be done. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase the SUV. In fact, I felt more confident in my decision to purchase the car that same day. In fact, my overall experience with my purchase was great. John also introduced me to all of the staff that I would be working with in the delivery of my new truck. And finally, John followed up with me with any additional questions I had, kept me apprised of the additional accessories that I had purchased; and when I could expect them to be installed. Upon walking in, I had done my research on the vehicle I wanted. Glenn introduced himself and did not try to rush me or even asked the question, if I was ready to buy.As other sales person would, just to kn wanted. George was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I (Subaru owners) were simply looking for a used car to get us back and forth from the train.
