I sincerely apologize for the situation that occurred with your WRX, the first and the second time it happened. I can understand why you would not trust us for your future repairs. I’m sure I would feel the same way if I was in your shoes. I assure you this is not the norm in our service department. I have spoken with my Service Manager about this and he has had training meetings with his advisors and technicians to re-educate them on the process we have in place for this. Thank you for taking the time to contact me about what happened. We always appreciate feedback whether it’s positive or negative so we can continue to grow.
