I looked at quite a few sedans and small SUVs before deciding on the Subaru Forester. It had been 15 years since I'd bought a new car so I was not looking forward to the whole process. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Subarus. By the time I looked at the Forester, I knew what features I wanted. Igor was very good about listening to what I was looking for and answering any questions I had. I never felt any pressure from Igor. I tend to over analyze a bit, as I own my cars for a long time. I am also not exactly up to date on what's new and what to look for nowadays. Sandy was extremely patient going over everything with me--I never felt rushed. She was able to beat "the best deal in town" with no shenanigans on a car that was built special for me. I left in a hurry when I picked my car up due to a dinner engagement, but Sandy called me days later to make sure I set up an appointment with her to finish going over everything on the car--even though the deal was done and there was no more money to be made.
