Sandy was awesome! She met and beat her competitors prices not only on the price of the car but on many of the extra costs. She is very nice and pleasant to interact with but also knows her Subarau's! prices not only on the price of the car but on many of the extra costs. No high pressure sales pitches, just honest, helpful, friendly talk about what we were looking to get out of the vehicle purchase. After getting through the paper work in record time (good idea to show up early), we were sitting in the new Subaru with Sandy being trained on all the features of the car which I appreciated becuse I learned a lot. If you are buying from Gerald, see Sandy Jackson, the internet sales person. In fact the whole team at Gerald were a pleasure to deal with. My experience with Sandy and Gerald has been nothing short of fantastic. I'll be back to see Sandy for my next Subaru for sure. More

It was a pleaseure working with Glenn. He's an honest salesman and there was no BS involved. We recieved a quote thru the internet and all correspondence was via email. We compared his price to other quo salesman and there was no BS involved. We recieved a quote thru the internet and all correspondence was via email. We compared his price to other quotes we recieved and Glenn's price was $500.00 under anyone else's. The other dealerships in the area could not match the price we recieved from Glenn. More

Glenn was a pleasure to work with. I am a college student and this was my first purchase. Glenn made the process easy and did not BS me around. I told him what I wanted and he made it a possibility. We purchased a Subaru Outback on Memorial Day. We needed to replace my 12+ year old Pontiac that was totaled in an accident earlier this month. We didn't know much about Subaru and went to this dealership only because our insurance man suggested it. Wow, what a great experience. We fell in love with the Outback but also liked a minivan and had difficulty making a decision. Clif Jacobsen was just delightful to work with. He was friendly and knowledgeable which you do expect from a salesman but also just so personable. After our first visit, rather late one evening, my husband said he would like to buy a car from Clif because he was just so pleasant a person to deal with. This was quite a statement from my husband because he usually doesn't notice this kind of thing. The entire staff that we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. It made what we anticipated as a negative experience a very positive one. I look forward to the opportunity to recommend Gerald Subaru and especially Clif Jacobsen to friends. Thank you. More

Clif was an absolutely joy to deal with and had a tremendous depth of knowledge. When the used car we came to look at was no longer on the lot, he helped us explore other options and put together a d tremendous depth of knowledge. This whole dealership is focused on customer satisfaction. Michael is etremely professional and friendly. He has integrity and great knowledge of the vehicles he sells. Very friendly....very nice....no high pressure sales!!!!!! We started working with Mike on Saturday....but when we came in on Monday, he was with another customer. So Mike set us up with Carlos sales!!!!!! We started working with Mike on Saturday....but when we came in on Monday, he was with another customer. So Mike set us up with Carlos to work with the deal. This was my first experience with Subaru. I did my research on Angie's list - for a reputable dealer. Gerald Subaru had good ratings, so I decided to go there.
