As a side note, I think that the concept of an internet sales manager is a great one, especially for people who don't like the bargaining process and/or have very high-pressure timelines. Through the Subaru web site, I knew exactly the model I wanted to buy right down to the last accessory. I new what price I was willing to pay. Through the Gerald Subaru web site, I met Sandy Jackson, the Internet Sales Manager. In what I could only describe as being a very pleasureable car buying experience, Sandy sold me my 60th car. She was not pushy, very cordial, attentive to what I wanted in order to make the purchase, and followed up after the sale to make certain the purchase had met my needs. If you are in the market for a new or used Subaru, I'd be surprised if Sandy Jackson couldn't meet your needs at Gerald Subaru. More
While I was bouncing between Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan earlier this year I attempted to contact several Subaru dealerships in the Chicago area as well as the Oklahoma City and Whichita area. Out of all of the dealerships that I contacted, Sandy Jackson was by far the most friendly and helpful. Her timely responses made me feel as if I were talking to her in person. I felt that she genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help me get the best deal possible, which she did. I emailed them for a price quote and in no time did I get a reply. The price negotiation was so smooth that within a couple of emails, we agreed on the price and so decided to go look at the vehicle the same evening. On reaching the dealsership, I had my fingers crossed thinking what if they don't honor the agreed upon price. At the agreed upon time we met the pleasant sales rep Sandy Jackson. She showed us the vehicle and explained every indepth detail about the Legacy. You asked her any question and she would have a ready answer. After a short test drive where again everything was explained to us in detail, we decided to make the purchase right then and then. No further negotiations of any kind were enterd into and the agreed upon price was honored. I contacted her via email after thoroughly researching the car, dealer, and price that I wanted. She responded promptly and we were able to come to an agreement within a few hours over email. She recommended that we set up an appointment to see her on the date of purchase so that we could have her undivided attention. We arrived to Sandy smiling and waiting for us, the car was clean, parked out front, and exceeded my expectations (it was a PZEV model with a cover for the back and door edge protectors, all not listed on the website but included in the price we set on). It was clear that Sandy loves Subarus and is passionate about her customers receiving great cars. The only annoyance was with waiting for the finance department. It took about 30 minutes for them to be ready for us but the process was smooth after that and Sandy even installed our plates for us. She also walked us through the options on the car, paired my phone to the stereo for me, and made sure that we had all of the documents that we needed, all at 9:30 at night! When we get another Subaru (my wife is jealous of mine now) it will be through Sandy. More

I knew what I wanted and She worked with all my request. Sandy was kind, knowledgeable, and I felt she was working for me to get the best car and the best price possible. What really impressed me was when she was teaching me how to use all the controls on my new Forester. Sandy was easy to understand and patient with me and even helped me set up my bluetooth.
