My girl friend was interested in purchasing a new vehicle and based on her wants and needs, I strongly recommended that she consider a vehicle from Subaru product line. We researched the local dealerships and found this dealership listed on Dealer Rater, and we were surprised to see so many positive reviews that we decided to visit the dealership. Upon our arrival, Bob Schiavo greeted us with a friendly, warm smile and asked what could he do for us today. My girlfriend explained that she was interested in the Subaru legacy. After she explained what she was looking for in a vehicle, Bob took us on a tour of the Subaru Legacy. He was well versed and very knowledgeable on the product line which was quite impressive to say the least. He was very attentive and truly listened to what was said through out the course of our conversions. By the end of the appointment, my girl friend was ready to purchase a Subaru from this dealership. I was so pleased with my experience as well, that I decided to purchase one myself. I visited the dealership a few days later and spoke with Michael Gately. Given that my financial situation was different, Mike was still able to meet my needs and make the numbers work in my favor. For the record, Mike Gately was also well versed and very knowledgable on the product line. He was also very attentive and did listen to all that was said during our extensive conversation. Clifton was absolutely great to work with. Without a doubt, it is thanks to Clifton that I am driving a car from Gerald, especially since the final car I purchased was not the original one I inquired about - and yet, was exactly the perfect car for my family. I can't thank Clifton enough for his professionalism and friendliness - I would definitely recommend him to others. As a side note, I think that the concept of an internet sales manager is a great one, especially for people who don't like the bargaining process and/or have very high-pressure timelines. For me, it enabled me to do everything except test drive it in advance, and know exactly what I was getting and for how much before I even set foot on to the lot. More

Through the Subaru web site, I knew exactly the model I wanted to buy right down to the last accessory. I new what price I was willing to pay. Through the Gerald Subaru web site, I met Sandy Jackson, the Internet Sales Manager. In what I could only describe as being a very pleasureable car buying experience, Sandy sold me my 60th car. She was not pushy, very cordial, attentive to what I wanted in order to make the purchase, and followed up after the sale to make certain the purchase had met my needs. If you are in the market for a new or used Subaru, I'd be surprised if Sandy Jackson couldn't meet your needs at Gerald Subaru. More
While I was bouncing between Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan earlier this year I attempted to contact several Subaru dealerships in the Chicago area as well as the Oklahoma City and Whichita area. Out of all of the dealerships that I contacted, Sandy Jackson was by far the most friendly and helpful. Her timely responses made me feel as if I were talking to her in person. I felt that she genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help me get the best deal possible, which she did. I highly recommend Sandy Jackson and the rest of the Gerald Subaru team to anyone who is the market for a new or used car. More
