I entered the dealership at 3 pm. Sandy knew we were coming. She had said she would match any other offer I had gotten. It was over an hour before we could take a test drive. There was another gentleman standing around a not very busy showroom for over an hour waiting to get his paperwork done on his purchase. After the test drive and another wait I was give a price that included a very low offer for my trade in. When I complained that the offer was way too low they did up the offer 1500 dollars but were still well below the price another dealership had offered me. I left the dealership feeling I had wasted close to 2 hours. On the positive side Sandy was friendly and apologetic. Though I think Sandy is good at her job, I think the dealership does little to distinguish itself from any other run of the mill car dealer. More
Sandy is the best salesperson I've ever done business with. She is friendly and very knowledgeable, customer service is excellent! Well having been in the Chicagoland area for only 8 months and soon to leave we didn't have the luxery of knowing which dealerships to look for and get a feel for reputations of each facility. We went months and soon to leave we didn't have the luxery of knowing which dealerships to look for and get a feel for reputations of each facility. We went online through our insurance company to find our "dream car" and to also trade out our cramped Ford Focus. All the locations we looked at gave us similar prices but our sticking point was trade-in value of our car and selection. Needless to say you prevented us from having to haggle the trade-in value and you offered to pay our loan off...no one else asked what that was and the other company lost our business by a measly $260. Didn't hurt that you had the caramel bronze and plenty of green Subarus on the lot!!! Sandy doesn't sugar coat anything and gets everything laid out on the table. No interest loan!! Can't beat that! I also liked the idea that the price was spelled out up front...I hate dealing with that part and that made it easy! We had to do a little back and forth running because of of the late night and daughter in tow...she even tried to buy our daughter some macaroni and cheese...Who does that!! At least you tried and it was greatly appreciated! Anyway, loved the service, liked the idea that I wasn't tackled before I walked in the door and we LOVE THE CAR! Thanks again for everything! I really spent alot of time going over vehicles since I knew my vehicle was going to need replaced soon so I came to the conclusion I wanted a subaru thru research (including a spreadsheet comparing likely knew my vehicle was going to need replaced soon so I came to the conclusion I wanted a subaru thru research (including a spreadsheet comparing likely vehicles from multiple companies). I contacted Gerald Subaru for a quote and compared it to four other dealers and decided to schedule a test drive. Sandy found the initial car we wanted and we drove it but then I asked to add an upgrade so she went to work locating a vehicle to fill my needs. After a short wait she found one at another dealer and confirmed it being available and we negotiated a price I was happy with. After a day waiting for delivery I went in to inquire why I had a receipt and no vehicle to find out the other dealer was withholding the car. So Sandy and the sales Manager (sorry name escapes me) assured me they would make good and found another car with alittle more ammenities for the same quote and made my experience which could have been very bad into a great and satisfying experience and I would recommend them in ernest. More
Sandy Jackson is hands down the most quality car salesperson I've ever worked with. Upon meeting her in person, I knew I was in very good hands. After a test drive and a few questions, I was sure I wanted to purchase the car, a 2011 Subaru Outback, but had anxiety, because my husband was at the office and I needed to pick my daughter up from pre-school. I was also fairly sure my husband would want to come there and assist me, as he has in past vehicle purchases. Sandy helped me work through my stress and somehow managed to connect with my husband (without even meeting him) enough to make him feel comfortable, telling me to proceed with the purchase on my own, while he picked up our daughter. I truly felt like she was on my team and know I got an excellent deal. In addition to all of that, my trade-in needed to be towed the following day, all of which Sandy arranged. I forgot to clean it out before dropping my keys through the door at the mechanic, and Sandy was kind enough to go in and gather my things for me while I was at the office. She also must have noticed my preferred form of communication is text message, and began reaching me that way. How convenient! More
My adventure started by looking at different cars through different websites. I decided I wanted to get a Subaru Legacy and not feel like I over paid for it. I made a couple of price request and Sandy Jackson responded quickly and was able to answer all my questions I had about the car. When Sandy first contacted me I was on my way to another Subaru Dealer but she was able to beat the price over the phone and setup a test drive the same day. I ended up not going to the other Subaru dealer and ended up purchasing my new 2013 Subaru Legacy from her. I was unable to take my new Legacy home the same night because some of the upgrades that I purchased were going to be installed the next day and Sandy provided me with a loaner car. She also kept me updated with the progress of the updates and made sure when I picked up the car it was ready for me. During the whole process Sandy felt more like a friend than a salesperson. I would highly recommend Sandy to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. More
The test drive vehicle had white paint letters on the windshield which was very distracting. After the drive we asked 3 times for the bottom price and didn't provide it. It was a pleasure to work with Michael Gately when buying our new car. He acted like he was someone who really cares about his customers, not your typical pushy salesman. We know it is a process to buy a car, but on a slow day like it was... we expected it to move a little bit quicker. Other than that we are very happy with our purchase. I will definitely return to this dealership in the near future to buy or lease my next car if I find it in this dealership. I will also recommend this dealership as well as Brian to all my friends and relative. Brian is really a nice Sales consultant for not being rude, and not being a hassler in dealing the whole negotiation process. This is the least stressful experience I had with a dealer for the last 12 years of buying a car. The whole buying experience is almost perfect . I even got a plus in the lease car we drove home, because they granted the alloy wheels we wanted in the car. Great Job. More
