Jason has the patience of a Saint. My husband and I went to the Subaru dealership about 5 times to ask off-the-wall questions and measure every inch of the Outback to make sure everythi My husband and I went to the Subaru dealership about 5 times to ask off-the-wall questions and measure every inch of the Outback to make sure everything from our dog cage to our 3 kayaks would fit. We even told him that we would not be buying for another month and wanted to check out other vehicles. No problem with Jason. The Mitsubishi salesman actually told me, "Not knowing what you want wastes my time and yours" when I told him I was narrowing down my list of possible cars. Who knows what they want until they test drive a few cars? So when it came time to actually buy, we took into account the service we received at the dealerships, along with price and gas mileage and we felt that the Outback (and Jason) couldn't be beat. More

Quicker than expected We currently own a 2004 Honda Pilot and we were looking for a newer used once. Had been checking through dealerships online and was recommended to ch We currently own a 2004 Honda Pilot and we were looking for a newer used once. Had been checking through dealerships online and was recommended to check at Gerald's by a friend. We went in to see the 2 models they had in stock. Christina was very helpful, test drove both models. We really liked the Touring model but was going to think on it overnight. Ended up back in the showroom talking price, totally no pressure and ended up taking the vehicle that night instead. As far as paper processing in a dealership (we know that can drag on) it was a seamless, quicker process than what i have previously experienced and this was with my 3 1/2 year old along. Granted was not a lot of people there that night, (go car shopping on a Tuesday, super fast) but was plenty of staff to accommodate. Thank you to the Christina, Dan & Mike for the excellent service! I would definitely recommend Gerald Subaru to my family & friends! More

Ask for Leo, you won't be disappointed! Leo is a great sales representative. He knows when to push the sale and he also knows when to back off.
