Salesman was professional, knowledgeable & not pushy during our initial test drive visit. Price negotiation went very well - got a very competitive price but options seemed a bit high - we negotiated those down to everyone's agreement. Closing the sale was refreshing - no last minute tack-on crap like at the other dealer - care & service packages were pitched professionally without being annoyingly sold. Went above and beyond to help my purchase my first car I knew I wanted to purchase an Impreza after test driving several sedans, and the staff at Gerald Subaru was very accommodating to my situation. However, Anthony was able to find me a deal that would cost me marginally more than what it would have cost to have a cosigner (which we decided beforehand should be my responsibility), based on my scheduling history at school and job offer letter. Additionally, Cristian was very responsive to any concerns me and my mom had regarding the car itself, as well as anything Subaru related. He came to the dealership to close out the deal on his day off, and even paid for some touch-up paint out of his own pocket to make sure I had everything I needed! I was impressed with their lifetime warranty which was why I felt it worth the drive to Naperville from Mount prospect to work with them even though there were many dealers in between I could have gone to. I'm glad I made the drive. Kelly Thomas was my dealer and she made me feel comfortable and welcome. She was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me features that other dealerships had failed to mention. She worked hard to find me the car I wanted and have it transferred from another dealership within the week so I could purchase it. I am very grateful to her and I recommend her. I worked with Asim Aslam for my financing. He and Kelly got me a great finance rate even though I have almost no credit to speak of. I was pleasantly surprised to get under the monthly payment I wanted. They offered me coupons and deals to make the extra options more affordable. This is a great dealership to work with. More
