A Great Customer Experience! First Time Buying Brand New My wife and I were referred by a friend to see Leo at Gerald Subaru back in June. We had a great experience! We had phoned in advance that we wanted t My wife and I were referred by a friend to see Leo at Gerald Subaru back in June. We had a great experience! We had phoned in advance that we wanted to see him and the best new Forester model. When we arrived it was ready and he had another family there buying their second car in a month from him and they couldn't stop talking about how great Leo is with the whole experience. So after Leo's fanbase let us pull away Leo was able to spend the time to show us all the features that Subaru includes that other small SUVs miss. There are so many extras included that we were really blown away. I think the biggest reason why I wanted to write this review is because Leo listened and understood that my wife would be the primary driver and he took the time to show us all the little differences between this vehicle and others we were considering and that made all the difference for us. I can say going from Mazda to Honda to Toyota to Jeep and lastly Subaru, he was the most knowledgeable in the field. I've had other experiences where someone might say a manager can explain this later or brush over something, but not with Leo. He is a true professional in his craft and can hand hold you through all your questions and concerns. Six months after our purchase Leo is very responsive by phone and email with any questions. Couldn't be happier!!! More
