That is one thing that makes the customers extremely comfortable (believe me I have been to other dealerships where sales people are extremely aggressive and try to oversell a lot). The entire buying experience with her was extremely comfortable and without pressure. I really felt that she is extremely dedicated to her job and very caring towards her customers. I went to the dealership on a rental car and could not drive back with the new car. She offered to pick me up from my home, drive me back to the dealership so that I can drive back my new car and that too after her 9 PM shift. I would also like to provide a feedback of Asim Aslam. He helped us finding a good rate of the loan and made sure we got what we wanted. Unlike other dealerships, where finance people try to push their service packages a lot more aggressively, Asim understood what we wanted and made us feel comfortable with our choice. More

Based on our experiences, it’s hard to imagine how the service Nick provided could be topped elsewhere. Our purchasing research expanded over several months which included one Honda, one Toyota and three Subaru dealers. Seeing that this was our first Subaru purchase we had many questions. Nick was extremely patient answering all our questions honestly in person, on the phone and with email. No time during the sales process was any pressure applied to close a sale. My wife and I both agree that Nick was simply the best auto sales representative we have encountered. We look forward to buying another Subaru to replace our aging Civic in the future. More
