Nick is the man I was a bit hesitant to purchase a car since my previous car buying experiences made me feel pressured and intimidated, but when i walked into Gerald I was a bit hesitant to purchase a car since my previous car buying experiences made me feel pressured and intimidated, but when i walked into Gerald Subaru, i was greeted by a nice young man Nick who smiled and made me feel welcomed right away. After speaking with the manager Dana, Nick sat us down at his desk and began walking us through all the paperwork and credit check. We explained that we'd be co signing the lease and he said it wouldnt be a problem. After checking my credit he provided me the answers to my questions regarding the money factor and my credit score. I was blown away when he offered to drive the new car back to my house since we decided to sell the old car ourselves and we needed to get both cars home. On the way back to the dealership, he educated us on all the features and controls of the new car, even going so far as to pair my phone and import all my contacts. The service was exceptional and i would recommend Nick to everyone who's in the market for a new car, as i would Gerald subaru. Excellent service and aggressive pricing...Thank You! More
Great car-terrible service I had to buy a new car and what brought me to this dealership was the online price I received for the car. The beginning was great, once I entered th I had to buy a new car and what brought me to this dealership was the online price I received for the car. The beginning was great, once I entered the finance department, it was the sign of what was about to unravel but yet I went thru with it. I told them the maximum payment, but it didn't matter when it came time to selling the warranty which I told him multiple times I did not want it. While with finance, my wife wanted a car also so I put $1000 to hold the car she wanted. She decided that next day she no longer wanted the car and purchased a different make/model car. I then informed them of this and to refund the deposit and at the same time, I also requested they cancel a coverage plan ($1,599) I had already financed with the total purchase that it was something I could live without and not until I said I want to cancel did they try to make arrangements for the car to get the treatment to interior and exterior of the car, but was too late. It is now 3 weeks later and I first received the $1000 check yesterday; 19 days after I requested it and just keep getting excuses as to why I don't have my other refund yet. I am about to make my first payment and still dont have my other refund. I am afraid to say I will not step foot into this dealership again- even for maintenance on my car. More

We were introduced to Jesse Bush by the General Manager and Jesse guided us through the car buying process. Jesse did what we needed him to do and we were able to trade in our older vehicle and leave with a new 2017 Forester at price we mutually agreed upon. Really, a no hassle purchase. We love the fact that this dealership gave us a $25 gift card for the test drive and that Subaru made a $250 donation to the ASPCA as part of our new vehicle purchase agreement. We also appreciate the Zero Percent finance offer. More

When I walked in I met with Kelly, who was great to deal with. She didn't put a lot of pressure on me which I appreciated. I was able to negotiate the price down a bit, then talk about a trade in. Other than that, the paperwork/processing/finance took about what a normal transaction would, the dealer was fairly busy so it wasn't a big deal. Everyone was friendly, the dealer was bring and clean, with free Starbucks coffee as well. It was about as pleasant an experience as buying a used car could be, Kelly even gave me some free gifts and Ipass strips which was apreciated! More
