Eric Zetterlof was very helpful to assist me in deciding that the car that best suits my needs is an Impreza, which has the safety features that I want. Eric realized that I am not a "car person" and am primarily interested in value, reliability, low emissions, and safety, particularly for driving from Chicago to Southwest Michigan, which can be treacherous in the winter due to lake effect snow. He did not press me to buy luxury features or a larger car (Outback or Forester) that would have added cost but not added to meeting my objectives. I appreciated his help and think I will be very happy with the Impreza. More

Repeat Customer, repeat satisfaction This is my second visit to this dealership. On my first visit I bought a 2015 Subaru Forester with the help of Abid Khan. That was a stellar experienc This is my second visit to this dealership. On my first visit I bought a 2015 Subaru Forester with the help of Abid Khan. That was a stellar experience, so this time, when I just needed a dependable car for my daughter's use, my wife and I returned to Abid. We were not disappointed. Abid greeted us promptly and listened attentively when we described what we wanted and our price range. He immediately produced two vehicles. We drove a used Mazda that they had on the lot. Long story short, we bought the car and couldn't be happier with it. It had a battery problem that could not be fixed when we were there (late Saturday night before the New Year Sunday/Monday holiday). We took a "We Owe" on good faith. After the New Year holiday, we presented the car. It was again thoroughly inspected and the battery issue was promptly remedied. We were given a loaner, so we werren't inconvenienced. The car had to go to the used car department , and it was found to have a bad battery. the battery was replaced without any question, negotiation or resistance. Again, Abid gave us his personal attention and saw the sale through to the end. I feel that Abid would not show us a car that he would not own himself. He knows how to treat a customer right. The price was fair, but the customer service was excellent! I almost wish I needed another car (not really, but if I did, Abid would be my first stop). More

By the time we got there, the car was ready for us to take out and Ehab was there to assist. We took out a 2015 Forester and got to see how it performed on a snowy, real world type track. He was very knowledgeable of all the cars features and my husband had a blast during the test drive. After some back and forth my very stubborn husband who researches EVERYTHING felt confident about the sale. It was the day after Christmas, freezing cold outside and he stayed well after closing to help us out. Honestly, he was the most patient and honest person we could have hoped for. We already have recommended him to friends who are in the market as well! More
