We had initially worked with Anna for a test drive in February, but she connected us with Jesse when we couldn't come back on a day when Anna was working. My wife and I were very happy with her recommendation. I liked Tim too, but by the time we got into the finance portion of the process (quite a long wait) both my wife and I were pretty tired, and he speaks quickly. I'm hoping we did the right thing with some additional warranties purchased to protect our new Outback bumper to bumper for 7 years, and have read over the contracts for windshield, dings, and tires to see what the cancellation periods are, in the instances where they exist, and am thinking about what we truly need versus not, given how long we want to own the car, which is for many years. More
