Need to update my review. Horrible customer service! When looking for a new car I listed my deal breakers and was given FALSE information to get me to purchase the car. I said I would only purchase the car i looking for a new car I listed my deal breakers and was given FALSE information to get me to purchase the car. I said I would only purchase the car if they could order and install a 2 inch hitch, I was VERY clear that the hitch needed to be a 2 inch receiver. I was promised this was possible. Then when I came in to get the hitch installed and found that they were going to install the WRONG part on my car I was given no help to remedy the situation and I was told there was nothing they could do. Thank god I was smart enough to ask to see the part prior to installation. They did nothing to make up for their mistake and wasting my time, no discounts, no coupons, NOTHING. I was talked down to, disrespected, and lied to. I am very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. More
