Some Initial Confusion Lead To VERY Happy Customers My wife and I weren't planning on buying a car that Saturday, BUT we were offered a very generous amount on our trade in ('09 WRX Hatchback), plus the My wife and I weren't planning on buying a car that Saturday, BUT we were offered a very generous amount on our trade in ('09 WRX Hatchback), plus the model that we wanted was in stock and available. So after some negotiating, we decided to go for it and buy a new vehicle! There was a bit of confusion after we signed the paperwork in regards to a down payment and our trade-in, but the team at Gerald worked with us, re-worked the numbers and ended up giving up even more for our trade in than originally agreed to. Abid was great and followed up with us a couple times since the purchase to make sure everything was good, or if we had any questions. More
