Jeff made sure that we were satisfied with every step of the process, and he also took the time to make the process incredibly transparent for us. I LOVE the private test-drive course. Not only did I not have to stress about facing down rush hour traffic in an unfamiliar car, but the course is designed to show off different features of the car's handling that might not show on a straight, level road. Everyone we encountered was cheerful and pleasant, even at 8:00 on a chilly October night. Overall, this was a very low-stress - and ultimately successful - purchasing experience. More
