It was probably the best test ride I’ve been on - Jeff was great about pointing out all the various features as I was experiencing them and I had plenty of time to drive the car around. Back at the dealership, he was straightforward with me, and I didn’t feel like I was getting sweet talked or like they were trying to rush me into a sale. I have been on many test drives over the past year and a half, and I finally felt like I was dealing with someone who knew the vehicle really well and wanted to make sure my needs were met. When I was ready to move forward, Jeff was able to snag the vehicle with the trim I wanted from a sister dealership. He was pleasant to deal with, as was the rest of the staff. My car buying experience was pretty painless. I definitely recommend Jeff and Gerald Subaru. More
