I said I'd be back the next day to finalize any purchase. I felt no rush and it was easy to contact Leo L or the sales manager, Leo K with any questions. When I first arrived to the dealership, I truly felt the "white glove" service. To start with aesthetics, this dealership is clean, sleek and modern. Leo L helped pinpoint my needs in a car and we test drove the model I wanted in the dealership's test-drive area. This dealership has like a whole playground to really see the efficiency of the vehicle a consumer may buy. The test drive process was seamless and I was shown every functionality and what's good in inclement weather. Leo not only was professional but very personable and funny. The next day, I came with my father and we had a great time dealing with both Leos at Gerald. Nothing felt pressured and we were able to negotiate the terms we wanted. The dealership was busy that day but after my purchase, Leo still made sure to go outside in a SNOW STORM and help me see all the features with my new car. We walked through all the functions and he was patient to answer every questions. I knew he had other clients waiting for him inside but he still made sure I was satisfied with the service and my purchase. I love all the functionalities and services Gerald provided to me and after that buying experience, I don't think I'd ever go back to Toyotas. After driving my car home in a storm, I knew that this was a REAL premium car and a mini tank. Leo and his team helped me fully grasp my purchase and to see its value. It was my second time buying a new car but this time I wasn't alone. What a huge difference it was compared to elsewhere a few years ago. I'd recommend any of my co-workers, family or friends to this dealership. I know a lot of people who have subarus but if they ever needed sales/service, I'd direct them to both Leos and this dealership in a heartbeat. We probably spent more time than needed there but that's because with each staff member we dealt with, we started chatting about hobbies i.e. dogs or fishing. We were comfortable with him from the start. This process can be intimidating for people who don’t have a lot of experience buying cars, but he made it easy. He answered all of our question, took us on a fun test drive, and was sensitive to our needs. He used his insight as a dad and a salesman to accurately measure what we were willing to spend on and what we needed in a vehicle, and didn’t push. We appreciated that. He and his managers also went out of their way to help us get down to a price we could manage. In terms of financing, the process was quick and easy in the office. When we had questions, they were answered. Good experience. Although I wish we could have spent less time waiting, especially when we brought our infant son with us the next day, I understand that buying a car takes time. That’s the only thing I’d like to be different next time around - shorter wait time overall. But doesn’t everyone? Lol. More
