I think Collin Miranda has been my Service Advisor for more than 10 years. He is great! He is always very professional, thorough, friendly, and patient. I am still grateful for how he reserved a loaner for me last year that was exactly the same as the Crosstrek I drive (even being white!) because he remembered I was uncomfortable driving larger cars.
