We met with Ed on a Saturday evening and he was very polite & honest. For the record, we did visit a Hyundai dealership down the same street and the visit was a waste of time to say the least. Mike Terzo was our sales person and he defied all the usual stereotypes that go along with being a car salesman. I was interested in the 2010 Kia Soul that was advertised online. At no point did I feel like he was just trying to get a sale, which understandably is the job, but he was geniunely interested in providing me an experience where I can be comfortable and understand all the features the car had to offer. He was very patient with me and was also extremely personable and fun. I made the decision pretty quickly and there was a lot of time spent sitting around waiting paperwork to be signed etc, and he just kind of hung out with us and we had a good time talking about non car matters. For me buying a car was stressful, but Mike did a great job making me feel at ease and although I had the car in mind prior to visiting the store, he made the decision very simple for me and made the experience a lot better in the long run. All in all I felt Mike was a very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and genuine person, which obviously is a great combination for someone in his position. As a whole I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a Kia/Subaru or any used car for sale that they have in stock as the experience went about as stress free as it possibly could.
