Once we arrived to the dealer everything went very smoothly and was very considerate to us since we had two young children with us as well. He took the time to go through all the equipment on the vehicle and explain and show how everything works to my wife and myself. He even went above and beyond and paid for a usb Ipod cable for us out of his own pocket to sweeten the deal.
