Glenn was very helpful in helping me pick out a Kia that would satisfy my needs. While we started the paperwork, he found another one they had that was a little more expensive but had more incentives that still fell within my budget. This is our family's very first car that we have bought together and we were looking for the best experience possible. My experience began by requesting a quote online for a new Kia Soul, which I received very quickly. The price was better than what I had expected after doing research on KBB and other sites. In the mean time, I told him I might be interested in a car for my daughter as well. Another excellent quote! I showed up at the dealership on a Saturday to test drive a new Soul! after receiving a part of my settlement (the rest was expected in a week or so). The car Michael had set aside for me was everything I had asked for, and more. It was love at first drive! I offered to put a deposit on the car to hold it until the rest of my money arrived. He left for a few minutes, came back with a big smile on his face and made it possible for me to drive home with my new car that day. We picked out a car for my daughter that same day. A couple of days later, she joined us at the dealership to "sign her share of the paperwork." When we were done, Michael gave us a tour of the dealership, introduced us to the Service Dept. (and made appts. for our first visits) and then we surprised my daughter by telling her that she could also take her car home that day. The rest of my settlement arrived within the next few days, which paid for both cars in full.
