He introduced himself as Quentin Stanley, and there was no doubt in our mind this was going to be an great experience. First impressions are everything and he was great from moment one. My husband and I had been shopping for cars and this was our second stop, and we were already burnt out, but that changed as soon as his personality and professionalism become infectious.
