Excellent Sales Service I just bought my car last weekend after a three month search. I came to Kia in October and met Mike Nielsen. He gave me his word that he'd help me fin I just bought my car last weekend after a three month search. I came to Kia in October and met Mike Nielsen. He gave me his word that he'd help me find the right car and he 100% followed through. Over the past few months I've gotten to know Mike a bit and he's completely changed my perception of what a car salesman is. I now consider him my Car Advisor and I put my trust in him from here on out. This was my first time buying a car by myself and naturally I had concerns of being taken advantage of, especially as a young lady. Mike and I took several test drives and spent a lot of quality time sitting at his desk talking things out. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. This was a learning experience but Mike made it a positive one. He really cared about gaining my trust and upholding his integrity and the good reputation of Kia. Mike was extremely patient, kind, friendly, honest and always had my best interest in mind. He was commited to finding me a car that fit within my style criteria and budget. Good Deal I used true car to help with the pricing. I do feel that the true car pricing shouldn't include discounts for AAA memberships, recent graduates, etc. I used true car to help with the pricing. There was some initial confusion because I thought the car I was purchasing had all of the accessories I had picked with True Car. Although I didn't get ALL of the accessories I wanted, I did get most of them. Adrian was very helpful both during and after the purchase of my car. I didn't have time for him to show me all of the features of the new car when I purchased it; however, I came back over the weekend and Adrian took the time to go over the features with me even though he had already made the sale. To me, this shows a commitment to customer satisfaction that is more than most sales people have. More
