He made me feel comfortable and at ease - especially when buying a car can be stressful. When I was passed on to the final finance representative I then began feeling uncomfortable as I knew he would try to add "add-on's and "special features" - which he did. But sticking to my plan, I stayed with what I felt comfortable with and got thru the process. Jason made me not fear the car buying process anymore.
