He always kept in mind my initial down payment and monthly quote and came up with several ways for me to comfortably buy the car. To be honest, I've never spent so much positive time with a car dealer ever. Adrian went above and beyond to help me understand and learn all the new technology in the Sorento. This buying experience was done without my husband being there and at no time did I feel that a deal would have to wait to bring him later. I love my car! Hello, I was overly exhausted, and emotionally stressed out, from trying to buy a new car, everyday, for two weeks, So, I kept calling, calling, a Hello, I was overly exhausted, and emotionally stressed out, from trying to buy a new car, everyday, for two weeks, So, I kept calling, calling, and calling, so I called Gerald Kia of Naperville, and I spoken to a young lady, I told her that I wanted to speak to one the best salesman that work there, moments later, Quentin Stanley got on the phone, I gave it to him truthfully in tears, I started telling Quentin about what I been through as far as trying to purchased a new car with bad credit, Quentin listen to every word that came out of my mouth, when I was done, Q said, I understand your frustration, I'm going to get you in a new car, and he did!! I'm so happy!! Quentin Stanley customer service is amazing, unique, and effective! he is a blessing!! Thank You Quentin Stanley!! More

First time buyer experience I was accompanying my wife and her father as she was preparing to purchase her first vehicle. We were prepared to purchase a vehicle that day. We had done all our research, had everything prepared financially, and already test driven the vehicle we wanted months before. My father in law accompanied us because he was very familiar with the buying process. We were greeted by an inexperienced but personable sales associate who tried to answer our questions and fulfill our requests. When we were ready to negotiate we were taken back to his desk. We asked for a price on the specific vehicle that we wanted 3 times. Each time, the sales associate left us to go back to speak to his manager, and each time he returned, he had no price for us. The last time he came back he has a paper with him that asked we sign that according to him stated that we were going to take the vehicle home today. This is the vehicle that we weren't even assured was in stock yet and with no price. We were frustrated and insulted. My father in law, who has been a salesman himself for many years, felt as though the staff was undermining his intelligence. We got up and proceeded to leave the facility. The sales associate notified his sales manager and that's when Anthony Triner ran out. We're almost to our car and he stopped us in the parking lot and begged us not to leave. He yelled out the total amount of the car and said he'd take a certain amount off of it for us as we were walking to our car. He stated that he did have the car and that he could get it for us. When we asked him why we weren't told that right away he said that it wasn't on his lot but he could make a phone call and that it could be brought over with in 15 minutes. That information could have been told to us earlier instead of all the back and forth questioning and waiting. We were already frustrated and ready to go home at this point. He then offered us Bulls tickets and even money from his own wallet. We told him we weren't waiting any longer and that we were leaving. He gave us his card and we left. From then on, we were called almost everyday for the next few days and left several voicemails and messages asking us to call them back We began looking else where for the vehicle we wanted. I decided to call back about a week later and I spoke to Anthony Triner again. Over the phone he sounded very uninterested and less willing to help us find a car. I asked him if he was still willing to give us the discount he offered us a week ago. He said he "didn't know what he was smoking." For such a highly rated Kia facility I didn't expect that a manager would speak to a potential customer in this manner. I don't recommend this location or this sales manager to anyone interested in purchasing a Kia vehicle especially if you're a first time buyer. More

The knowledge that Q had made me feel so comfortable, I knew I wasn't going to make a deal with anyone else. The customer service was unlike anything I experienced buying a car.
