Lifting our spirits in a low point My wife and I bought a Kia Soul and leased a Kia Forte wagon in early 2016. Later that year we fell on some financial hard times, and it seemed likely My wife and I bought a Kia Soul and leased a Kia Forte wagon in early 2016. Later that year we fell on some financial hard times, and it seemed likely that we were going to have to give up the Forte. I called and spoke with our same salesman, Jon Mock, and explained our situation. I wanted to return the vehicle to the dealership to avoid the stress of waiting for repossession. He told me to hold out just a little longer, that he might be able to get us another vehicle, with no payments for up to 5 months. For a week and a half Jon tried contacting various managers and creditors to see if anything could be done to help us. Jon, and his finance manager, Michael Johnson, bent over backwards to help us, eventually finding us a 2017 Kia Forte sedan - that I actually like MORE than the 2016! Our car payment is about the same as it was, however we did get 3 months with no payment, a bumper to bumper warranty, AND a low interest rate! We are doing MUCH better financially now than we were just a few short months ago, and we have Jon Mock, Michael Johnson, and any other behind the scenes magicians to thank! More

Now my second time returning was FANTASTIC! the main reason was QUENTIN STANLEY, walking into the facility he greated me with such happiness & joy! you can definitely tell he loves his job, his customer service was awesome! i came in thinking i was going to purchase one car for myself, (since my bf already had our first one) but me and my boyfriend walked out with two brand new 2017 cars, i received my own and my boyfriend got the opportunity to trade his to get a lower monthly payment! My time there with Quentin was absolutely easy stress free full of laughter, he is such an amazing employer there! he is definitely a 10 star out of 5! New SUV Did homework in picking out my top SUV's in the market that were not luxury and could add a 3rd row of seats. Picked the Kia Sorrento and the Chevy Tr Did homework in picking out my top SUV's in the market that were not luxury and could add a 3rd row of seats. Picked the Kia Sorrento and the Chevy Traverse. Test drove both, but picked the Kia due to the Dealership (Gerald) and the rep (Sean) and Manager (Bryan). Very easy to work with and honest. They were professional and knowledgeable to understand what I waned and the price I needed to be in, where Chevy didn't seem to have the flexibility to work the options. Great follow up on the sales side that will bring me back to even work with them on a used car for my son. More

Who knew Kia was so great? I didn't know much about Kia before I walked in this dealership.
